The Problem

Medcourt is an organisation that renders medical engineering soutions to hospitals and other giant medical parastatals. As an organisation, they struggled with tracking the work done by engineers on the field, the supplies required, and get other real-time updates of activities on the field.

 

The Solution

The purpose of the project was to help the organisation (Medcourt) to develop an application through which they can track and get real-time updates from the engineers on site.

 

What We Did

After having a clear understanding of their needs, our team delivered a mobile-friendly and easy-to-use application to help engineers on site to log all information about their services, ranging from the service type, standards equipment, spare parts and procedures. The solution helped the administrative officers to have real-time updates and track available quantity of equipment, spare parts, and other inventory.
