Eterna is a downstream energy company in the fuel retail busines in Nigeria. As an organisation, they always struggled with keeping up with regulatory requirements and license renewals, as there were no systems in place to remind stakeholders of upcoming license expirations in order for them to start the renewal process in due time.

The purpose of the project was to help the organisation (Eterna) to develop a Government Relations application to serve as a central system to track license expirations and renewals, as well as all other government statutory obligations in all areas of their business.

What We Did
After having a clear understanding of their needs, our team delivered a web-based application called Eterna e-COS which can only be accessed by approved staff of the organisation.
